How much does it cost?
$175 to $190 for a 50 minute session
$250 for an Initial intake interview (1.5 hours)

$150/ 50 minutes for Individual Supervision/ Consultation
$120/ 90 minutes for Dyadic Supervision/ Consultation
$95/ 2 hours for Group Supervision/ Consultation

What payment methods are offered?
E-money transfer.
Do you provide a sliding fee scale?
Fees are offered on a sliding scale based on family income and circumstances. I am happy to speak with you about this further.
Workplace Benefits:
Because I am a Registered Social Worker, many workplace benefit plans will cover the session fees in fully or partially. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have psychotherapy coverage?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Any portion that is not covered may be claimed as a medical expense on your annual income tax filing.
First Nations/ Inuit People:
I am a Registered Therapist with the First Nations and Inuit Health Canada branch of Indigenous Services Canada. Coverage is provided for an initial assessment, followed by up to 22 counselling sessions. Cancellation Policy:
All appointments require 48 hours notice to cancel.
In the event that the appointment is canceled in less than 48 hours, the full amount of the missed appointment will be charged to the client.
